Terms & Conditions

This website is operated by Shopabuddy Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16098261, registered office 36 Himley Crescent, Wolverhampton, WV4 5DE. These terms apply to every enquiry made through ShopaBuddy. By submitting the holiday finder you agree to them.

What we do

ShopaBuddy is a free holiday price-match and enquiry service. You tell us the budget you want to pay and the holiday you have in mind; we match that against all-inclusive package holidays available from third-party tour operators and email you the offers that fit.

We are not a tour operator and we are not a travel agent. We do not sell, arrange or organise holidays, and we never take payment from you. Any booking you go on to make is made directly with the tour operator concerned.

Who can use it

The service is for UK residents aged 18 or over. By enquiring you confirm that the details you give us are accurate, and that where you give us the name of a buddy you are entitled to share it with us.

Your enquiry

Enquiring is free and places you under no obligation. Submitting the form is an enquiry only — it is not a booking, not a reservation and not a guarantee that a holiday matching your budget is available. We will send you the offers we find; whether to take any of them up is entirely your decision.

We aim to respond to every enquiry but cannot guarantee a response time, and we may decline or stop handling an enquiry at our discretion.

Prices and the 2027 price cap

Prices are set by the tour operators, not by us. Where we describe 2027 all-inclusive holidays as price capped at £6,500, that describes the deals we search within — it is not a promise that any particular holiday, destination, date or party size will be available at or below that figure. All offers are subject to availability and can change or be withdrawn by the operator at any time. Offers are valid on two separate enquiries.

Booking and financial protection

Because we do not arrange or sell holidays, we are not required to hold, and do not hold, an ATOL licence or ABTA membership. The tour operators we match you with are responsible for the holidays they sell, and flight-inclusive packages sold in the UK are protected under the operator's own ATOL licence or ABTA membership.

Your contract for any holiday is with the operator, on that operator's terms. Please check the protection that applies to your booking with the operator before you pay — they will tell you what cover is in place and provide the relevant certificate.

Third-party brands

Operator and retailer names and logos shown on this site identify the companies whose publicly available deals we may match your budget against. They do not indicate any partnership, affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement, and all trade marks remain the property of their owners.

Our liability

We provide this service with reasonable care and skill, but we are not responsible for the acts, omissions, pricing, availability or performance of any tour operator, nor for a holiday you book with one. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Your data

Personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, who we share it with and the rights you have.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version published here at the time you enquire is the one that applies. These terms are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
